Simon took care of my colour. He has been colouring my hair with the ombre effect for a few months now and I love it. We made a few tweaks and lightened up the shades a little for the day. Lauren and Hayley were tagged in for the styling. Lauren and I had spent an hour do- ing a hair trial at the Gershwins Salon a couple of weeks before the wedding so we could play with the ideas I liked and selected on a plan for the day. Lauren was brilliant she really listened and worked hard to create the style which was a little like one of the ideas I had taken but she improved upon it and made it suit my hair and create a style I am used to wearing. This first meeting was a great confidence boost. I hope all other brides are as lucky as me and also have a Lauren to truly listen, consider and spend time working out what is just right for you.

On the day the girls were great - very eficient, professional and fun to share the experience with. It was a lovely little pamper on the wedding morning and created a great atmosphere. Lauren and Hayley came to us at the wedding venue arriving early to start work. My brides-maids, a few family members and I had our hair styled in one of the rooms at the venue. It was lovely with my nieces running coming to watch and my family popping in and out while the girls were styling. They did a wonderful job with everyone’s different requests and styles. All the ladies were very happy and looked great.
I felt so happy and confident in the team, both on the day and in the lead up to it. They really made the whole experience simple, straight- forward and fun. I absolutely loved the colour and the style that they created for the day. I wouldn’t have changed a thing - and I’m pretty fussy!
